On the Eve of Independence Day, Brahmeshanand Swamiji honored with the “Sarwottam Naagrik Samman”

On the eve of India’s Independence Day, Shree Datta Padmanabh Peeth Peethadhishwar, Padma Shri Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji, was honored with the “Sarwottam Naagrik Samman” in Mumbai. The award recognized Pujya Sadguruji’s contributions to the spiritual field in Goa, as well as his educational and social work, encouragement of spiritual tourism through coastal programs, and guidance to over 1,500 temple leaders. Pujya Sadguruji’s efforts in promoting all-religion harmony, peace, and unity through the Vande Mataram program, and the initiatives to showcase Indian culture internationally through the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam concept were also highlighted. This recognition was presented by the Megha Shrey Foundation on August 14.

The ceremony was attended by prominent figures including Seema Singh – Head of Megha Shrey Foundation, MLA Ashish Shelar, Adv. Brahmadevi – President of Satguru Foundation, Vinayak Shiggaonkar – Director of Shree Datta Padmanabh Peeth, and Vandit Naik, along with other esteemed dignitaries from various fields. Devotees and followers of Sadguruji from Goa and Mumbai were also present. Pujya Sadguruji has received a wave of congratulations from both national and international platforms following this award. Additionally, Shilpa Shetty, Anupam Kher, Udit Narayan, and Shekhar Suman were also honored with the “Sarwottam Naagrik Samman.”
